Experiencing Media or Login Issues? Check Your Bloomz App Version

If you’re experiencing media-related issues (such as photos or videos not uploading or displaying correctly) or login issues while using Bloomz, the first step is to make sure your app is updated to the latest version: Bloomz 6.1.0.
Keeping your app up to date ensures you have access to the latest improvements and bug fixes, and in many cases, updating resolves these types of issues.
How to Check Your App Version
On mobile, you can check your current build version directly in the app:
- Tap your Profile Picture
- Select Account Settings
- Scroll down to view the current build version
How to Update the App
- Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Search for Bloomz.
- If an update is available, tap Update.
Once updated, we recommend fully closing the app and reopening it.
Still Having Issues?
If you’re already on version 6.1.0 and continue to experience issues, please try deleting and reinstalling the Bloomz app.
If the issue persists after reinstalling, contact support@bloomz.com and include the following details so we can assist you more quickly:
- Device model
- Operating system (OS) version
- A screenshot showing your Bloomz app version
