Production Deployment: Week of Feb. 5 - 9, 2024

  • PBIS reporting inaccuracy- Fixed issue with interaction count calculation to properly reflect "active" classes.  Also, fixed point balance logic to properly calculate "redeeming" points even if the PBIS is not active.
  • PBIS interaction point inconsistency- Fixed and cleaned up issue with student receiving duplicate rewards and interactions assigned to their overall "interactions earned" timeline. 
  • PBIS interaction reports- Fixed issue where selected date ranges were not being honored as user drilled down to see a selected student profile
  • Skyward LMS API:  New conditions pushed to support dual enrolled students correctly populating to each school with their parents associated
  • Tweaked language in filters from "Parents for Children SIS ID" to "Parent of Students with SIS ID"
  • Shifted "flags" tab on student timeline next to "interactions"
  • Removed "Student Timeline" as an option to click when selecting a student from interaction tab
  • Non-contactable link on dashboard- Fixed issue with nothing showing for the user when they clicked on link
  • Course Naming- If data is synced, the name of the synced course is now locked, displayed and searchable in manage tab as "synced name," even if the teacher changes the preferred name of the course.  
  • Surfaced Milestone goal in interactions tab- Now students are able to see the number of points the teacher has set for them to reach their "milestone" goal.  Teacher is also able to click on points from interaction tab to quickly navigate to "settings"
  • Settings not saving: Fixed issue that was blocking users to properly save their settings or notifications
  • Optimization for page loading speed:  Increased loading speed for loading school-wide interaction tab, district/school dashboards, district/school deliverability reports, and district/school news feed
  • Clever data integration: All staff members imported under the "school admin" API are now assigned in "support staff" role instead of previously being automatically assigned in "school admin" role
  • Events imported from ical calendars: Suppressed "options" as capability for users with events that are imported from ical calendar.  Also included messaging for user to know the event was "imported from ical"
  • PBIS Interactive themes "Monsters and Flowers" visible:  Fixed issue to show new milestone images on student timeline moving forward
