If you’ve noticed a yellow bar at the top of your Bloomz community dashboard that reads:
"Note: Currently your community is set to not show the new classes or send invites to imported members. Click here to reset the flag and make it visible."
You might be wondering what this means and how it affects your setup. Let’s break it down!
This notification appears when your Bloomz community has been configured to hide any new classes and prevent invites from automatically being sent to members who were added through integration. This setting is typically in place to allow administrators time to review and finalize their setup before parents and teachers see the new classes.
By clicking "Click here to reset the flag and make it visible," you are:
✅ Making all newly imported classes visible to teachers and parents.
✅ Allowing Bloomz to send out invites to any members who were added through the import.
If you don’t take action, the imported classes will remain hidden, and no invitations will be sent. This means families and staff won’t have access to their updated class assignments in Bloomz.
This yellow bar is simply a safeguard to help you manage your community rollout smoothly. If your classes are ready and finalized, go ahead and reset the flag! Otherwise, take your time to review and make adjustments before making things live.
